Now, replace those 26s(?) with 17" spokes and whitewalls, slam it about 4" more, add some gaudiness such as wrapping the interior in crushed velvet and gold-plating anything not body colored... THEN it'd be closer to what is known as a "lowrider". Hydraulic suspension may or may not be a defining factor in achieving lowrider status.
