^ yep both outer edeges of the tires are wearing. If I recall, outer edge alignment wear is a camber issue (top of the tire is pointing outwards). Toe in is referreing to caster adjustment (thing of pidgeon toe).
Yeah, typically should be following what is printed on the door sticker. However, IMO running larger AT/MT and Load E changes things. I should do the chalk test to confirm the entire tread is contacting the ground, but it seems to be better at 45 psi.
