Hi Guys... my oil gauge jumps to 80psi when the truck is on. When i shut the engine, it goes back to 0. Even when i turn the key half way, it will go to 80.
Im not sure if its the stepper motor, or the sending unit. Its is a 2006 Yukon, with only 37,000 miles. Any ideas??

It's not hard to change, just kind of a pain to get to. It's on the top of the block near the firewall and more on the driver side. If I remember correctly all you need is a 27mm deepwell socket and a little balance to perch yourself in the engine bay. I believe I just googled it and found a pretty decent 'how-to' with a picture or two.
Hope that helps a little
