Please let us know what the dealer breaks while they are replacing your hoses.
Exactly. That’s why I dread taking it. I am almost thinking of getting the part and doing it myself. Part is about 90 bucks includes both new line. Straight forward install. Have to look at it more closely.

But if you do it and something goes wrong, be aware that the related repair to that would likely not be covered. They will give you a loaner vehicle, right?

I hear ya. Yeah they have loaner vehicles. Not a big deal though I have a third car. So if I do decide to do it I have the time and won’t feel rushed. I saw the part online. It has 2 bolts at the tranny and the special connection at the radiator which I have the tool to expand the clip. I got the tool to do the tranny fluid exchange. So still kinda up in the air. Now if I take it in should I put my stock intake pipe (the batwing) back on and put the stock tune back? I mean the oil leak is not in relation to the tune or air intake. I know some do and some don’t.

That is something I cannot answer. I have heard here that some dealerships will let that slide and some will not.

I guess it depends on the dealer. When I brought mine in for the motor mounts they didn’t question the exhaust. I had put a cat back on. They did call and say they could not get a good measurement on the pico scope because of the exhaust but were still working on it. In the end they replaced the mounts. I may just put it back to stock if I take it in. It takes less than 10 min and there is no issue. It’s due for an inspection anyway next month I may just wait. On the fence.
