Oil pressure drops as it warms up?

Yea I don't think it will last that long. I literally tugged my friend once and hit maybe 4000 rpm and that was all it took. It might not be knocking yet but it's definitely on her way out the door be easy on here drive close to home and start looking for new motor

Hopefully it will last until next year so I can just drop a couple grand for a new crate motor and call it done.

I checked the coolant today, and it looks like a brownish-grey sludge in the radiator. I've heard that this could be from running Dexcool too long, or it could be head gasket failure or cracked head and/or block... which could explain my low oil pressure, but I'm sure it's just worn out and has too much clearance on the bearings. Luckily, we just got a second vehicle. So the Tahoe will just be driven back and forth to work until it decides it doesn't want to run anymore. I keep my rpms below 3000 just to keep it from working too hard -- don't want to give it an excuse to quit on me earlier than I want it to.
