welcome Junior. Sounds all normal to me. The clatter you hear is the normal piston slap. Very common, even mine does it on start up. As long as you have ample pressure, which it sounds like you do, your good. Oil pump out is no oil pressure at all. :)

Well man I'm sad 2 report but on Tuesday I still decided 2 look into dat oil pressure it was really bugging me so I bought da oil pump and ect. So took it apart and low and be hold once da timing cover came off I find that water has been leaking into my oil so I spoke to. Couple of my friends who wk at gm and Cadillac and they both said the same thing that it might be da head bolts r cracked that this year model truck had a bad head design so yeah if da heads r leaking than I have 2 get heads if I get lucky and its da head gaskets than just buy da gaskets and get da gees resurfaced so hopefully Monday I find out but thanks 4 da advice man I really still appreciated ur help

If they are Castech heads then you will probably need new heads. There was a bad batch of Castechs small percentage that had bad casts with pourosity leaks. Did you routinely have to add antifreeze, white smoke out of exhaust. Obviously there was antifreeze in the oil. Plenty of info on here do a search on castech.
