One change on your truck

Would like to my have such new small tires... If the old ones wouldn't have been bad I woulda gotten my 37s by now or at least some 33s

No. I had a complete show car once. My old 99 GS-T. Had molded body kit, custom paint, Fully fiberglassed interior with TV's and speakers. I would never do that again. It was fun back then for a little bit won bunch of shows and had features in magazines. But got to a point that it wasn't driveable and would rather have none of that and car back to somewhat stock (except for the engine that had 450hp 60g Turbo). Just not fun to me that you can't drive it and it is just basically started to get pulled onto a trailer then started to get pulled off the trailer and shown.. Ok end of my rant. Just my thought.

I know where your coming from I have 3 kids. With mine I can easily put my 3rd row seats in.

Ok, what about the 2nd and 3rd row lay flat and the tailgate folds flat over the roof so you could haul things just like a pickup truck? Yes, I know that it's far fatched. It's just an idea.
