One side fog lights not working

Modern LED lighting is a mass of circuitry in addition to the basic diodes. Could easily be a failure in this controlling circuitry. Usually if it lasts 90 minutes it's good for years. I'd guess yours didn't make the 90 minute test? Dealer problem for sure.
