Only 1 brake light working

Only the driver side brake light is working.

I've checked all fuses
Replaced the tail light board under the back bumper.
Tested the bulbs


All blinkers/tail lights/ flashers work.

I'm assuming it's the brake light switch.

Any thoughts on this or any way for me to test to see exactly?

Test for power on on the brake thats not working then go from there. Might be the switch

Is that a dual filament bulb? It's possible that one filament is working, making you think the bulb is good, and the other isn't.

It is dual. But I already tried a new bulb.
