OnStar for my 2000 LT

I already have onstar from what I have read it's analog so it wont work, my rear view mirror has compass/temp, is this the cheapest for the digital onstar add on??

that won't work. Your actual OnStar unit will no longer work. Not just a different mirror to keep your current OnStar. This is the only thing you can do to get OnStar

I just bought one, they say its only a 3 wire system, hot, ground, ignition, all three wires should already be connected to my mirror, hope ita a easy install. I rented a 2015 Silverado with the onstar navigation so i figured i would add it to mine tahoe as well..

Now I need to find a panel to replace my old buttons from the stock OnStar on the dash.lol

I did a little more research, not really worried about the temp, i can stick my hand out the window and adjust the ac as needed, and the compass i can call onstar and find out which way im going.lol

I need to find out the color code on the wires on my stock mirror, no luck finding the diagram.
I need to know the colors for positive, negative and ignition??
