I have an 05 and I was curious if it is possible to swap out the mirror with an 09 or newer to get the Blutooth feature? Thanks in advance!

On the newer one Bluetooth is not in the mirror. It's in the VCIM.

No. It's wiring/features exclusive to 07 to 14.

Now you have bluetooth.

Since I don't have an aux for my music, will it (bluestar) play my songs from the phone via blutooth, then interrupt if I get a call?

no, bluestar unfortunatly only has a mono aux input. so it sucks for music streaming.

For music you will need this or something off this list. Theres thousands of BT adapters for car audio.. start researching bud, GL.
