Looking at adding, or reshining my running boards. They are very worn, and ugly currently.

Trying to decide if I should refinish it, or buy one of these:

1.

2.

or reshine this

I'd really appreciate opinions on this.

personally i dont like runningboards im taking mine off to sell to who ever wants them
do you planning on going witn another set of rims becuase if you gettnig chrome rims id go with the option 1 the chrome running boreds if you gonna be little different and get a set of black rims like some people do id go with option 2

here is a pic of mine i have 20"s with the same running boreds you currently have just done buy those chrome wheel arches they suck they scratch and dent easily

I'd lose the running boards for a while and if you decide if you want them then order some. Agreed though go with chrome if you get chrome rims otherwise black.

the only thing that irritates me about my rims is since i live in arizona and we have hard water issues they look good at a distance but when you get closer you can see alot of water spots and such you guys have any recmonends on a good way to clean them up like polishing or something ive tryied all those spray cleaning type stuff and shit like simple green and none of that stuff seems to work

I got the chrome ones and like the look with my chrome wheels.

NO running boards is not an option for me as I have little ones who get in and out of the truck much easier by the additional provided step.

Yes, looks better without but not practical for me.
