Opinions on 24" U2 55 chrome wheels ASAP

I've had the chrome ones and now have the Satin Black ones.....love these wheels imo

My main concern is the chrome pitting... On my s10, I had two sets of chrome wheels and both pitted pretty bad even when I maintained it... I guess the salt air in Hawaii is bad for chrome

Being that close to the ocean probably. Probably need to keep them polished and waxed regularly.

I hav done that with the same results... I noticed everyone that has chrome here on the island have had problems with chrome also even thought its been well maintained... That's why on my s10, I ordered polished aluminum wheels instead...

If you are in Hawaii don't even waste your $$$. The U2s will pit for sure within two years.

Another one that I heard sucks is the Boss wheels "machine finish" lip.

Btw..... my wheels are PVD...... not chrome..... supposed to be better at holding up.

I have been looking at other rims but there is a lot of chrome wheels... I don't think there is any other color that would match with the color truck that I have... It's the silver goldish looking color... And I don't think that the black would really match to well... My only option I have left is billet...

The color of my tahoe is silver birch... What do you guys think about it with satin black u2's?
