Options for 33's on Denali XL

I'm looking to get a AWD Denali XL or 4x4 Suburban LTZ in the near future. I know the LTZ has no issues being lifted 2-3"s to fit 33's, but I've read that the AWD Denali can encounter some issues. I've searched on here and there isn't a ton of definitive answers. Some threads mention some shaking at higher speeds. What causes this and how can you prevent it?

I'm mainly looking for options for a small lift for the Denali without worrying about it causing issues with the AWD system. What are the best options for this?
