Just found out (from my dealer) that the OTA update was primarily to address the issue with headlights sometimes coming in the daytime instead of the running lights. There may be other fixes as well. I’ve asked for the complete release notes, and he said he’d try to get them for me.
I believe the OTA update was strictly for the infotainment. I have the issue with the headlights working opposite of what they should on my 22 RST and after the update they still don't act correctly.

I think you are correct. Just stop in your dealer and request a BCM update per the TSB on this issue...and you will be all fixed up.
