That's why I can't use the e-water pump on a vortec. They may bolt up and they may work in the winter... But in the summer with the heat off, it would stop working.

well i do remeber a rubber hose thats capped off by my radiotor...

Post pics of the front of your engine, the top of the water pump, heater core and radiator. I bet we'll figure it out for you.
