Overfilled oil and now have higher oil pressure and rpms

I have a leak that I haven't been able to address yet so I topped up my oil before a trip today. I put a little under a quart then checked the stick and it was slightly over the full mark. I didn't think much of it but noticed my rpms seemed to be just over 2k(usually just under 2k) and oil pressure around 45-50(usually 30-35) at 80mph. Should I be concerned?

Maybe your torque converter wasn't locking up, or you were in 5th gear not sixth.

brake lights will unlock the torque converter as well

2,000 rpms @ 80 mph is normal with stock size tires and 3.42 gears. It can vary some depending on tread depth and how much slip the converter is allowing.

Might be time for a new oil pump o-ring.

Lol, I think that's the first time I've seen someone diagnose thier bad pick up tube o-ring accidentally

I should also add that I just did a Transmission service on it a few weeks ago (drain and fill with filter replacement). Im guessing that adding the motor oil right before I experienced the problem made me forget. Truck has 244k and i've had it for 40k. Not sure when the last time was that it was done so I did it with hesitation, after the shop told me it would be fine as long as it was fine before. Now my trans temp is hovering in the upper 180s and low 190s around town when it was in the 160s and 170s before. Granted, it is getting warmer out and its still under 200, but still. I'm bringing it back to them on Monday for a proper diag.

It would suck if I torpedoed my transmission
