P0030 bank 1 O2 sensor heater & P0050 bank 2 O2 sensor heater

I'm getting the above DTC's which would indicate that the O2 heater circuit is not working. This issue is not severe enough to activate a CEL but shows up just as a DTC this may also be the reason for my drivability issue when the Engine is cold. Checked the engine compartment fuse panel (see attached picture) according to it fuse #8 (O2 sensor B) and 18 (O2 sensor A) should be for the O2 sensor heater and both are OK. I did replace all four O2 sensors on August 24, 2023, using Denso 234-4668 (upstream) and 234-4256 (downstream) What should I check next?

been a few o2 sensor codes I've not seen before lately.

here's what I find for yours. sounds like you need to test for. + power at the sensor and then go from there with a scanner.

Can someone provide me with the appropriate O2 sensor wiring diagram for a 2011 Tahoe?
