P0200

Just as the title says. P0200 code came on yesterday. had not exhibited any odd signs prior. It was pretty hot out, had been driving all morning. parked for a few hours. fuel was below quarter tank. would not start. gave the tank a few cracks with an ice scraper and started. ill be doing a pump as well im thinking. but the code pops up. no other codes. goes between a constant CEL and a blinking CEL. but no other codes. slight hesitation, but still runs and drives normal, even with AC on.
Ive already done some looking, but given my lack of electrical knowlwdge, any tips on where to start?

any ideas would be appreciated

Now that this issue has gone on a day. I also failed my emissions test, and fuel economy has fallen off incredibly. nobody has seen an injector circuit open code?

Just in case anyone was interested. It ended up being the #6 injector was dead.
