You should just order a stock reman 6.0 long block and bolts right in.
Less work and uncertainty.
Subs are big and heavy.....needs more torque.

Okay so I finally got my block/heads back. Gonna start putting the motor inn. I also upgraded my front control arms/links/steering shaft etc...
I have 2" blocks in the rear I thought about getting lift shocks also for a slightly higher lift but not sure at the moment. I got to drain all the e85 fuel also.

Got some eBay long tube headers also .

I may be looking at it wrong but it looks like the oil fill tube is cocked and not seated properly.

Got the motor in. And long tubes put inn.

Thanks.

Got the motor in and headers on.
It’s probably too late for you but I installed ARP header bolts on both mine because of the issue of the OEM bolts breaking. That’s a common issue on these motors and it’s hard to extract the broken studs especially on the rear ones.

Ya oil tube is not seated down yet.

Oh man I went with oem... Already.... Hopefully they will be okay. eBay headers suck.
I noticed my oil fill tube looked like that so I bought a new OEM one. That’s when I noticed it only had a tab on one side which matches with my rocker cover. It’s still cocked a bit. There’s 2 designs- two tab covers and corresponding tube, and one tab ones. Mines the crappy design so I live with it.
