P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire!! Help!

Just pulled up this code. I just replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor, fuel filter. The spider injection system was replaced about 2.5 years ago? Any ideas??

I had the same issue, couldn't figure it out for the longest time. Ended up being the distributor gear.
