P0420 Freeze Frame

Hey everyone, I was just looking for a little insight on what this freeze frame data means. What is the FREEZE FRAME telling me. Any help would be appreciated!

Also I have an exhaust leak on the driver side. Can this exhaust leak be causing this code to pop up?

Yes, an exhaust leak can cause a cat inefficiency code. Fix the leak, but the cat may still be bad.

Always read the MAF value in g/sec so it's accurate; having to convert from lb/min is inaccurate.

So I plugged in my scanner and all emission is ready. But still got the red light turned on saying it won’t pass smog. Got P0420 code still, should I change my exhaust headers since it’s leaking?

All I can say is to do whatever it takes to fix that exhaust leak. I don't know if it's where the headers meet the heads and just needs a good gasket, or the headers are warped, or if it's at a flange.

It’s where the headers meet the heads. I put a leaf blower on the exhaust and opened the hood and sprayed it with soapy water and where the headers meets with the head it started bubbling. Don’t know if the headers are warped or if it’s just a bad gasket. I will post a picture in the morning to show you.
