P1133 code keeps throwing All new denso o2 sensors

After resetting everything the code is pending a p1133 even tho check engine light hasn’t returned yet I also noticed EVAP In red at top blinking on the tool ..

The st fuel trim is 99.2% for bank 1 sens 2 wayyyy different then for any other bank what does this mean

Ignore the 99% fuel trim for all downstream sensors. They don't contribute to fuel trims so that 99% value means not applicable. Many scanners will display N/A for those PID values.

The operating temp code could be concerning.
Is the engine getting up to operating temp, meaning about 200°F or so? (look at the ECT PID)
What temp thermostat are you running?
Has the radiator been replaced? If so, with what brand?

I just cleaned my MAF and it cleared all codes on its own. I had B1S1 P1133
and no activity on B1S2. All of a sudden they're reading and codes are gone

The exh manifold seems good except the two front bolts are snapped as usually so…

Bro they sell a clamp to fix the broken manifold bolt issue. I used one on the front driver's side bolt and last firewall bolt. Firewall bolt was PITA but the front one went on on 10 mins.

That code p1133 indicates there are not enough switching cycles over time. Assuming you have a good scanner. If you graph the two upstream sensors together you should be able to see that the signals are not at the same frequency. The new sensor could be bad - it happens.

Was probably mentioned... check the ohms across the heater in the o2 sensor in question.

Could also switch the upstream sensors from side to side and see if the issue moves.

You will need to clear the DTCs after the switch and then probably drive a bit to make sure the system is in the closed loop and wait for the money light to come on.
