My 94 suburban had a constant clicking type sound from the dash. I never looked into it as i generally had the radio too loud to hear anything besides the music and my exhaust. However i was told it was a weak blend door something or other. So im unsure if that's even an actual possibility or just someone giving me a bs line so ill stop asking about it.

there are the relays in the tccm i mentioned that is far left inside dash, if a 4-door there is a power lock relay right side of column, if installed the factory power amp has a relay in about the same area, there is a high speed blower relay behind and below the glove box. when you mention the 4wd it made me thinks it was the relays in the tccm. to eliminate that make sure you are in 2wd and pull the t-case and 4wd fuses. if the clicking stops then we know where to start diagnosing. as i mentioned before nothing should be clicking with tranny shifts. any chance the engine or tranny mounts are broken?

I will definitely pull the fuses and let you know the outcome. There is no doubt it is on the left side of the dash and clicks perfectly in time with the trans. I am in 2hi and trans and motor mounts are good. I am having issues with the 4wd. New front actuator and it switches from 2hi/auto/4hi but won't engage 4lo.

Ok so definitely the tccm clicking. No more clicking but the jerking is still there. Put fuses back and clicking returned. Do you think the jerking could be the torque converter lock up switch in the trans?

maybe. does your cruise control function normally? try this but beware you may get a ticket and it is not the safest ideal so be alone on the road and in broad daylight put the t-case fuses back in and remove the brake light fuse #18. what happens then?
