Padded center console lid

Anybody know where a guy can get a padded center console lid? I find myself using it more than the armrest due to my ergonomics of being 6'4.

Any upholstery shop could wrap it for you. I noticed it today myself doing a trip past couple days to VA & back.

I've seen on eBay a padded, leather wrapped insert that goes on the lid. Doesn't look to bad and a decent price.

back in 07 I bought one from JP customs. They went belly up about 5 years ago. Try and upholstery shop; I'm sure they could wrap it.

I believe you can swap one from an escalade. Maybe only on the denali though...

Switch to an NBS jump seat I dropped one in and it's pretty well padded and higher than the regular console.

Still need to reupholster it but at least it's the same color
