Painting chrome exhaust tips

Can anyone recomend which paint to use to paint chrome exaust tips? I want to paint them black. Also what to use to remove the paint ,just in case.

Here's your problem. In order to properly paint chrome you have to mess it up (scratch/sand/buff/etc) . Paint won't stick to chrome. So if you remove the paint, then the chrome looks like poop.
