Parking Brake Handle broke! Part ID Help needed.

I'm never ******* the parking brake handle, but I guess a 15yr old truck will have some issues like this from time to time.

The clips that hold the actual handle broke off the spring release thingy. This unit has a small cable off the back of it that attaches to foot pedal section and releases it from parking brake mode.

I have searched GM parts and some other sites, but I am not 100% I'll be ordering the right piece. Here are a few pics. If anyone knows what the correct terminology or part number for this item is, I'd be very grateful if you could share. Would hate to go to the dealer for a part like this, it's such a simple repair.

You need a new cable from the pedal to the handle. That part number is 15027138. The part retails for $5.34 from the dealer.

So not long after I replace the part that Diller recommended (and worked well) the actual "Brake Release" Handle broke. The is the outside piece that you grip to release the parking brake. I'm holding said item in Picture #1.

Anyone know the part number for this item???

it is actually the detailed notes on the part descriptions that changed from 95 to 96. I think.
