03 Tahoe. I recently upgraded the fog lights with LED. Ever since, the driver parking light comes on when put into drive. This is of course when the headlights are in the Auto position. Put the vehicle in park, light goes off. Put in Drive, comes back on. Anyone ever run into this issue? See pic.

Not the parking light; that's the Daytime Running Light and both L&R should illuminate in daylight when the headlight switch is in AUTO and the shifter is in D.
Interesting. I don’t remember the daytime running lights both L&R being on when in D. So maybe the passenger is burned out. I’ll check it

The DRL harness connectors tend to get hot and scorched, so that's a potential source of a connection problem.

The stock DRL bulbs are two-filament but only one filament is used. I could never figure out why that is, unless they don't make a single filament bulb that GM wanted to use.
