Part number for 2007 PPV TPMS sensors?

Does anyone happen to know the part number for the TPMS sensors for a 2007 Tahoe PPV? I'm getting ready to tire mine up, and intend to replace the sensors at the same time. Rock Auto shows several, and I'm a bit confused.

I think I found some on Amazon. Does it make sense to replace these with a new set of tires, or do they last indefinitely?
