Part number help. Engine bay vapor line

Part number help!

Does anyone know the name/part number of the vapor line that goes from the engine bay purge valve, along the valve cover and 90degrees down the back of the block.

It's the line with the green cap/valve on it. I've broken one of the connectors and now I have a leak which is causing a Lean CEL at idle.

My Google Fu is failing me and I can't seem to find a part number.
