The hinges are original. I can see the pins mushroom out at the bottom. Do I also need those brace looking things with a bolt through the middle?

Crap. I replaced the pins today and i have the same result. Same exact slop. I noticed no bushing on the door side holes that slip over the pins. Something isn't right here.
