passenger door

Got a problem i hope someone can help me with, over the weekend the ol lady and i went on a lil trip. Upon stopping to eat, she couldn't get her door to come open. I went around and checked and somehow the passenger door was in too the fender above the top hinge. I can not find the cause, nor do i see and adjustments to the door. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like it is bent out... like something pushed the bottom of the panel up.

Pull the top ear of the fender out
