Well now im just getting angry

Re-sealed roof rack... didnt work

Expecting rain overnight, i pulled down the headliner yesterday to clear out the sunroof drains. Didn't really see an issue, but made sure they were clear. Shot air through them and I blew into the lines just to see if there was a restriction... all clear. I even shot air up through the rear drains' spigot since i cant inspect the drain hole topside to see if that was clogged. Then I poured some water in the channel and watched as it exited under the truck next to the front and rear tires like its supposed to.

It rained, go out and check my "water trap" this morning and sure enough its soaked

Pulled the headliner down again, threw a hose on the roof, and sure enough its coming from the sunroof even though the drains are clear. Really feel like i'm missing something stupid. Might have to find a similar truck to see if my sunroof is missing an additional seal or something??

There is a female fitting on the passenger side fron that connects the rear and front drain check to see if it pulled out.

There wasn't anything disconnected. It's leaking over the middle of the track

Edit: just went to take a picture for you and think I found the problem.... potentially really stupid factory defect lol. (Will take a video)

Looks like that hemorrhoid has been directing water toward the headliner instead of down to the track....

could be your a/c drain hose. Mine leaks a little and gets my mats wet.

The AC drain hose doesn't drain into the headliner as shown in the previous post lol

The saga continues!!

As previously mentioned, that stupid piece of foam was causin water to skip over the channel and come down the headliner and trickle down the B pillar as shown in the previous video. Here's a quick video that shows what was happening:

So now my B pillar was staying dry, but the rear portion of the towel at the base of the B pillar was still getting wet

Ran a hose yesterday and found a second leak coming from the C pillar!

Doing some research I found a TSB, it looks like my drain hoses were re-routed under the side airbags to achieve adequate downslope, but in the process of doing so the drain tubes are now "too long", probably touching the sound dampening foam and causing water to run back in at the base of the C pillar.

There's at list of other possible causes in the TSB that have to do with the outlet being clogged, which I don't think applies to me since water does exit below the truck as well..... but I'm going to run through each repair anyways while I have the panel off.
