Permanent mount Sirius/XM antenna

Has anyone done this? Couldn't find anything using search. I'm planning to use a GM "shark fin" antenna, but don't know what type of cable I need to route it to the receiver. I'm thinking 10' should be enough if I mount the SCC1 tuner behind the glove box. Would appreciate any expertise or suggestions.

This will be going on my '00 Suburban 2500.

you will need the factory cable. and adaptor from tssradio.com. http://www.tss-radio.com/products/gm-xm-to-sirius-single-input-antenna-adapter-cable

Thanks for the reply. After doing a little more research, I believe I'm going a different route. It seems when using the GM XM antenna on Sirius, it degrades the signal.
