At the time I purchased the donor 2010 hybrid, I was unaware the 6.0L engine in it is/was an LY6 all aluminum engine. Aluminum block and heads and a VVT cam. The more I cannibalize it the more I am thinking of putting it back on the road... OR swap the LY6 into the PPV... or swap the LY6 into my 88 monte carlo ss... but I digress. I was delving into the donor to extract the center console and leather seats and noticed there is significant differences in the wiring going to the drivers seat between the two and it has stopped me cold. Does anyone know how far back I would have to pull open the PPV to get the heated leather seats hooked up and functioning? I know HPTuners will be need for a few things but I am not going to tear apart two vehicles to pull a harness or two. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
it's a LZ1 6.0L Engine Specs: Performance, Bore & Stroke, Cylinder Heads, Cam Specs & More (onallcylinders.com)

it has AFM

You are absolutely correct. I mentioned this engine to some older chev guys and they got all wierd because they assumed I was referring to the ZL1 hahahaha! The LZ1 is a mash up of a few different engines. It has the TBSS intake, LS2 block and heads, DOD/AFM and VVT. I wont be mentioning this engine again as its destiny is not in a Tahoe...
