i have a few of these in my toolbox from past vehicle. you can see here how bad the old one was.

went to get something to eat. came back and saw this leak. it's the freakin plastic washer fluid canister has a slight little crack on the lower left corner. which Sucks considering i just had this all apart. i shoulda just bought the whole thing. So add one of these to my list.

A fast fix would be to spread a little 2 part epoxy on the crack. It'll last awhile like that. Just make sure it's dry.

yeah. Gorilla Glue works too. Gorilla Glue actually activates with a little water so that might work too. A lot easier than pulling it all apart again. Might do that tomorrow.

I just stripped my negative terminal as well...damn thing falls out of the battery terminal every time I hit a bump in the road. Did you take any pics how to replace it?

I use WD-40 instead. Works better and it has lots of other uses. Great hand cleaner for one.
Edit: I'm doing some boring posts too over in my build thread if you guys just can't get enough.

I used to use goof off to get rid of adhesive and and the like, and now I just use WD-40! Works so much better haha. It’ll pull sap off paint and windows! Haha.

Use wd40 too.... anything that works i use...

Luckily the post is softer than the terminal on the battery so the battery side never strips out. That would suck. Its super easy to replace it.

it really is super easy. i just used a big pliers to get a grip, unscrew it, then you can push it out of the hard rubber and push the new one in. The threads on the post were stripped but the threads on the battery were fine. The new one is nice and tight

Spent a couple hours at the Auto Paint Shop getting my colors mixed, clear coat, reducer and hardener and picking up other supplies

Decided to go with my original idea of black on bermuda blue.

Made a couple animated GIF's to show the Bermuda in action.
