Since the middle of October I had been emailing and messaging back and forth with this company and was assured that the products were good and it would take two weeks before shipping. I had read reviews about slow shipping but normally around the third week they would ship. So, I ordered a system for my '11 Tahoe on the 1st of November. After three weeks I hadn't received a tracking number. Numerous messages and emails kept getting excuses that it should ship soon. Well, today on the 6th of December I cancelled. I haven't received a credit card notice of the payment reversal yet but will challenge the charge if it doesn't show up soon.
So, my experience is bad. I can't say how good the product is because they never shipped. And, for all that might decide to take that chance you will probably need to be more patient than I have been. 5 weeks and no ship is not acceptable.
