Where is this? I think I've seen that exact Burb driving around Phoenix. But then again, there are probably quite a few lifted Suburbans with full bumpers around the country.

I saw it at Buc-ee's in Bastrop Texas, but that's really a kind of travel hub for southeast Texas, because two big highways intersect there.
