Felix why 22"after? Did you not like the 24"?

I went from the factory 5 spoke LTZ 20's (like you) to the KMC slide 24's. A substantial loss in ride quality made me want something a little smaller. Then a friend of mind got the GM CK375's (the one's SoulSea has) and his ride quality was GREAT so I decided to make the switch.

Obviously many people get 24's and even 26's (and even the daring 28's and 30's) but they do a LOT to make sure things ride the way it was intended to ride. Cutting things, getting other 'drop' components like helper bags, yada yada. Not doing all that. I will in the near future be purchasing a rear 2" drop to level my vehicle. That's IT. Just all personal preference in the long run though...

Man, i dont see how you guys think these trucks ride that good.... My hyhoe with 18s on it rides the poo to me. Lowered it 2/4 and it rides actually better than it did stock. Its a freaking boat of a vehicle, why does everyone think it should ride like a towncar?!

Who said our trucks ride "that good"? Maybe if they road that good i wouldnt mind losing some to big rims. Thanks for that great informative post!

well perhaps not a town car but appropriate for its size would be how i describe it. not everyone wants a stiff ride. lots of us carry our kids in the car and a nice soft ride is exactly what we want.

back up a few pics, the 22s look so much better than the 24s. the 24s get over into doper terriorty where the 22s look just classy.

I sense a level of sarcasm coming from your end, but I really was trying to give you an honest opinion. If your worried how your ride is going to feel after big wheels and lowering it, KEEP IT STOCK.. pretty simple:mexsmoke:
