That's what I figured. I just wanted to make sure before I purchased. Is it worth it to buy the Idatalink Maestro RR? Will it retain factory options like steering wheel control and sirius xm?

When you install a unit like this do you replace all your bose speakers with regular speakers or do you use some sort of adapter for that too?

For steering wheel control look up Axxess ASWC-1 and pioneer has an ND-BC6 for $100. For people with Bose get the PAC OS-2C BOSE module.

I got rid of all my bose and rewired the whole vehicle. I used the adapter mentioned for steering wheel controls and my backup camera is in my mirror so I didnt have to do anything with it. I originally used PAC OS-2C BOSE module which retained door chimes and backup alarm but it started acting up so I replaced it with a regular harness and lost door chimes and backup alarm and all my problems went away.
