pioneer question.

I just installed an avh-5600 and was wondering which would be the proper cable to let me watch videos from my iPod touch with a lightning connector? And anybody that has a backup can installed which one did you go with and can you put up a pic of the image it displays on the radio. Reason I ask is my brother in law added one to his escalade and it months on the license plate and you can't adjust it so your pretty much on top of the car behind you when it comes up on the screen. Thanks.

they have adjustable ones that mount to your tag or mount it under bumper

Your head unit has the usb port correct? If so, as long as it has compatible video that your head unit will read, than all you should have to do is select the source to ipod I believe.

For your usb cable any usb to lightning connector cable will work. pioneer recommends the CD-IU52. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_73033_Pioneer-CD-IU52.html

But I changed it out because I wasnt happy with how low the camera was on my truck. it is adjustable up and down, but its upward is limited.

I changed it for this one http://www.amazon.com/Esky-EC170-06...subst_e_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=1T4F928MV8011Y2WQW6T which I mounted in my keyhole on my barn doors. I am much happier with the video quality and fit of that camera.

Also the license plate camera had night vision. but when I put led license plate lights in it blinded the camera to thinking it was still daytime so it messed up my night time vision.
