I'm considering plasti-dipping my factory 20" gmc wheels on my 07 yukon. They are the silver alloy-type wheel, not chrome. Does anyone have experience with this? Does it look good, and if it doesn't look good does it leave any residue or anything?

Thanks

Leaves no residue. Put at least 5 coats on so that it is easier to come of and will last longer.

clean the wheels in alcohol then spray about 4 to 5 coats. i used regular clear instead of the glossifier on mine and it stays on great and easy to clean up. the only thing with the regular clear if you do want it off its a pain. took 20 minutes a wheel in the car wash
