No problem just keep in mind that alot of this is for a specific system and has many sources and there is the strong possiblity that it may not apply to you becuase of model year and auto function(specifically the t-case model) but I am sure you can get something from it. If not you can go with the other idea I had to at least narrow the location of the problem as it sounds like a mechanical hard part problem and not electronic.

If you are interested you can get the same info Specifec for your vehicle from alldatadiy.com. Your first time would be $27 and the subscription is good for a year. The dealers use the same info.

Wierd. Maybe i typed something wrong lets try this again. its [email protected], looking back I forgot the n in industries.... oops. Im going to be really looking hard into this too... It seems that this body style truck with auto 4 wheel is fairly rare. I hope ill be able to find a transfer case for it if i need too. Thanks again!

If you do the alldata thing the info gets tailored to your specific vehicle selection. While the specific set of options chosen might rarely be ordered from the factory the there are probably thousands with the body style and alldata will have you covered. It will have info on all options even if they wern't installed on your vehicle including specific parts breakdowns etc.

One other thing there is a dealer website http://www.gmpartsgiant.com/ theat lets you tailor parts diagrams,layouts and #'s by vin. It like a parts dept on the web from gm.

If you do get alldata then yoiu can help others with your specific year and model as you have the time.

I've had the same problem with mine. Replaced the actuator with an electric one, the transfer case APPEARS to switch, but still no movement to the front wheels.
