I’ll get onto my hp tuners vcm and check if it’s off. What is the VLOM?

Would you happen to know where I would find it on the HP tuners VCM editor?That sure looks like the plug that should be left over after the AFM delete, that usually plugs into the back side of the VLOM. You did deactivate AFM in the ECM, right? If you didn't, I'm not sure it would start...(And by deactivating I don't mean one of the disablers that you plug into the OBD2 port.) I've done a few AFM deletes, and I've never tried to start it without deactivating it in the ECM first, so I can't be 100% sure but it seems logical.

Both grounds are good. Am I supposed to do anything with the five pin plug left over? And just to get you up to date with the issues. When I turn the ignition , the starter doesn’t even click. And I jumped the starter at the fuse block and had no spark. So it’s got to be something that would signal thoseThe 2012 model year should have a harness ground wire connected to the front of the passenger side cylinder head with a ring terminal. You should find your negative battery cable attached there as well. Also check the ground strap from the back side of the driver side cylinder head up to the firewall above the brake booster.
Insulate, wrap it well, and wire tie it to the harness. I use about a three and a half inch piece of large heat shrink tube used for battery cables. Stick that plug about halfway in, apply heat to shrink the tube. Fold over the remaining piece. Wrap it well with electrical tape directly to the harness.
Sounds like you have something else going on. Did you use genuine GM or ACDelco for the camshaft and crankshaft sensors? (Really need to use OEM on all sensors, aftermarkets have a long history of being erratic) With that said, even aftermarket sensors would not prevent it from cranking over. You might start by unplugging the starter wire from the ignition at the starter. (Not the battery cable, the smaller wire that triggers the starter) Check it for voltage when you turn the key. From under the vehicle, if you reach up under the right front wheel well and over the frame rail, you can reach in and unplug it. As a side note make sure you have that metal heat shield snapped on the top of the solenoid or that starter won't last long. Then start tracing back through your electrical system. You might also double check your ECM plugs, make sure they're both locked in tight.makes sense. I do remember that I did arc the starter when I started the tear down. Would that cause a major issue. I know I’m an idiot.
