we replaced it years ago and ever since it kinda feels like it has no oomph at higher speeds. In residential areas it's fine. On the highway it will get up to speed but it just doesn't do any of it quickly and almost feels like it struggles after 65. No misfires and I have had the intake gasket and spider done. Only thing is I think I remember cheaping out on the pump. :|

How exactly is that done? Nvmnd, I just saw some pics and videos on this. I'll have to get a gauge and check it out.

you haft to use a fuel pressure gauge. there is a port for one to hook up on the fuel line at the back of the motor. want to hook it up with it off and the start the truck. think book calls for 58-60 but you can steart having problems with anything under 50.
