Possible BCM/PCM issue?

So we've been having an intermittent issue where the truck does what it wants, and not in the cool Knight Rider way. The doors won't unlock, the alarm randomly goes off, and the truck shuts off about 30 seconds after remote starting it. This phenomenon only seems to occur when it's cold out, and during our recent transition to Virginia from Georgia, it's happening more often. I'm leaning towards through bcm being the issue, but I can't find any related threads to confirm my suspicions.

If I did replace the BCM, are here any funky reprogramming issues that I might run in to?

Maybe it needs to be reflashed, New BCM will need to be Flashed at a dealer unless u got a tec2 and a Global Connect login

definitely don't have a tech 2. how much would I expect that to run?
