2005 Yukon 4.8... 45k i think...
I really really need to change my tranny fluids, im aware of that....
But I see a lot of people talking about spark plugs and wires... so is that something that i need to be doing at my mileage? Any other recommendations? my truck doesnt seem too sluggish but if there are some little things i can do then i'll do so... Fuel Injection cleaning?

An 05 with 45K miles? You shouldn't need to do much, honestly. The plugs and wire and trans are good until 100K.

However, I'd drop the pan and just replace the fluid in there, as opposed to getting a flush. Do that every 30K and you'll be golden. As for the plugs, they are probably the stock AC Delco iridiums. You really don't need to mess with those until 100K, but if you're feeling froggy then go ahead.

What I'd do is buy two cans of seafoam. Run one in the gas tank, then dump 1/3 of the second can into the crankcase, and suck the other 2/3 into the engine via the brake booster line. That should clean everything out pretty well. Change your oil after about 3-5 days of driving with the seafoam in there.

my opinion,

all fluids and all filters, but not plugs or wires until close to 100k.
