I have a 03 Tahoe, 4.8, LS. Great truck, I got it with 105K miles and have 136K now. I've fixed a few issues myself, bad pwr window, new steering box, some seals, etc. I also did some upgrades, new stereo, cold air intake, Magnoflow exhaust, HID headlights etc.

I would like more power and lux though, and I'm looking at an '04 Yuk Denali with 97K on od. Dealer has it listed for $11,995.

I would love the 6.0 for towing our boat, not sure about the AWD though, plus all the electronics that could go wrong.

Decisions, decisions. My tahoe runs great and is super clean, so I could prob get $7.5 - $8K.

What do you all think?

I would say it depends on how it drives. Did you already test drive it? Keep a keen eye and ear on those things that could be gremlins lurking. I'd be concerned giving up your ride with a good motor and trans and not being sure of what you're getting. BUT, if the Denali runs great, sounds great, and has a smooth shifting trans, AND you can move over most if not all your mods than hells yeah! I would love a Denali but if I tried to convince my wife to let me swap she'd probably cut my balls off. Good luck! Let us know what you decide to do. And pics of the new ride if you go that route.
