Powder coat z71 tow hooks

So the a/c in my wife’s Tahoe went out AGAIN. Figured if it’s going to be at the shop for a few weeks, I might take the tow hooks off before going in and get them powder coated red.

Anyone done this? Or change their color? If so what’d you choose?

I know the chrome replacements exist, but I’m looking for color change to give it a subtle look.

I thought chrome was the only choice. That's what has kept me from putting them on.

So chrome or black are the only colors from factory.

I’ve inquired with a local company that does powder coating to see what the cost would be to change my black ones to another color.

I’ll look into that Rust Cap as an alternative, thanks!
