Power Fold Mirror Not Working, Suggestions?

Well, I bought another passenger side escalade mirror because the first on I bought won't fold, makes no motor sound, and has slop in the fold joint.

So the new one arrived today, I plugged it in to check if it's working. The motor makes sound, I hear some clicking, but it doesn't fold. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Try this.....
Manually fold the mirror, and then using the controller try folding it again and then try opening it with the controller. It should sync in....If not check the wiring...

That clicking doesn't sound good. The new mirror itself may also be messed up.
